Your Role:
Provide early intervention services to children ages 0–3 throughout Philadelphia, with a current priority need in Northeast Philadelphia.

- Deliver individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Support developmental progress through play-based, functional interventions
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Occupational Therapist
- Passion for working with young children
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in pediatrics or early intervention preferred, but not required

Compensation: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour

Goldstar founders Rita Schwartz, MA, CCC-SLP and Yedida Teichman, MA, CCC-SLP began their careers as licensed speech-language pathologists working for local schools and agencies.

Rita and Yedida co-founded Goldstar Rehabilitation in 2009 to push the limits of what is possible with early intervention therapies for children and families. Today, with over 100 therapists under their auspices, Rita and Yedida have brought their ambitious vision of early intervention care to life, helping over 6,000 families to date and counting.
